Brilliant water like colour with a very faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose reveals aromas of lime, orange rind and talc with slate and minerally end notes. The palate is quite dry and features lime, orange rind and talc flavours over a slatey mineral background. Crisp acid finish with an aftertaste of lime, talc and wet slate.
