2015 Domaine Pichot Coteau de la Biche Vouvray Sec

Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinged outskirts. The nose exhibits ripe pear and Jonathan apple top notes followed by some honeysuckle and quince. Vibrant and light across the palate with flavours of fresh pears and apples over some faint honeysuckle. Dry with a bright citrusy mineral finish. Aftertaste of pears, apples, faint honeysuckle and citrusy mineral. A light fresh Vouvray that should fill out with some bottle age.
