2015 Domaine Pichot Clos Cartaud Vouvray Sec

Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Showing greater lift on the nose than the Coteau de la Biche aromatics of ripe pear and Jonathan apple laced with honeysuckle are followed by some musk with faint spicy quince end notes. Supported by a vibrant spine of fresh acidity the palate has flavours of spicy apples, pear and quince over a back drop of citrusy mineral infusions. Dry crisp finish with an aftertaste of fresh apples, quince and citrusy mineral infusions.
