Can't say we're the biggest fans of Tormore's style, which tends to be fairly simple and middle-weight, however there have been exceptions (almost always from indies). For added interest, Cooper's Choice have finished this one in an Amontillado Sherry cask, releasing 396 bottles at 50% ABV without chill filtration. Expect a rich profile of nutty malt, honeyed stone fruits, and sweet toffee.
