2015 Chrismont Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. The nose offers up fresh lime and green apple scents followed by a burst of lemon with steely mineral end notes. Flavours of lime juice and freshly squeezed lemon zip across the palate with crunchy granny smith apple and steely mineral characters also apparent. Lean, racy mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish. Long aftertaste of lime juice, freshly squeezed lemon, green apple and steely mineral.
