Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Aromas of pear and Jonathan apple are followed by some dried nut characters and a hint of quince. The palate has a sense of fullness yet is quite fresh on the dry finish. Flavours of pear and apple overlay a touch of quince and dried nut characters. Aftertaste of pear, apple, quincy mineral and dried nut.
