Certified organic. Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges. Delicate lime and green apple scents are followed by some lemon and light steely notes. Fresh lime, citrus and crunchy green apple flavours are supported by bracing acidity with some steely mineral on the back palate. Dry finish with an aftertaste of lime, green apple, lemon and steely mineral.
