Opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red hue. Inky black raspberry and liquorice aromas are followed by earthy vanillin cedar and spice. Dry earthy palate with flavours of black raspberry and liquorice running into earthy vanilln cedar with a spicy finish. Dry and inky on the back palate with chalky tannins. Aftertaste of spicy black raspberry, liquorice, inky earth like characters and toasty vanillin cedar.
