2015 Cashburn Pinot Noir

Translucent bright dark red colour with a light crimson hue. Fragrant scents of red cherries and strawberries intermeshed with violets emanate from the glass followed by some anise and delicate spicy cedar end notes. Light in body but very flavoursome the palate sports a savoury profile of ripe red cherries, strawberries, subtle anise infusions, a touch of meatiness and spicy cedar finishing with a bright burst of acidity. Finely grained tannins. Good length with a medium to long red cherry, strawberry, subtle meatiness and spicy cedar aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.
