Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Lifted herbaceous grassy top notes meld into some asparagus, hints of capsicum, citrus and subtle pencil shaving characters. Very grassy palate with flavours of herbaceous grassy characters, citrus, asparagus and unripe passionfruit. Refreshingly dry finish with crisp crunchy acidity. Medium to long aftertaste of herbaceous grassy characters, citrus, asparagus and a touch of spicy capsicum.
