Predominately fermented in stainless steel with a small portion (5%) fermented in old oak barrels. Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green on the edges and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of ripe pear, red apple and honeysuckle are followed by some citrus. The agile palate shows good balance between the richness of fruit and its freshness featuring generous flavours of ripe pears, honeysuckle and Jonathan apple. Dry spicy finish with a medium to long aftertaste of ripe pears, honeysuckle, citrusy apple and spice.
