2015 Black Cottage Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a very faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of passionfruit are followed by some green apple, fresh limes and faint mineral. Light and crisp the palate has flavours of passionfruit, zingy citrus and mineral. Dry finish with racy acidity and an aftertaste of passionfruit and citrusy mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
