Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted passionfruit aromas dominate the nose with tropical fruits, subtle green apple and citrus also chipping in. The palate is filled with passionfruit and ripe tropical fruit flavours followed by some citrus and a light herbaceousness. Clean crisp finish with an aftertaste of passionfruit, tropical fruits, citrus and subtle herbaceous characters.
