2015 Ad Hoc Nitty Gritty Pinot Grigio

Brilliant water like colour with a light tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose has aromas of citrus, green apples, a hint of lime and mineral. Light and fresh the palate has delicate pear flavours alongside green apples, citrus and mineral. Clean dry finish with a rounded pebble stone like textural feel. Bright acidity with an aftertaste of fresh pear, green apple, citrus and mineral.
