Brilliant pale straw colour with a tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of delicate white peach and nectarine are intermixed with some flinty matchstick characters. Notes of underlying cashew are also present. Fresh and lively the elegant restrained palate has flavours of nectarine and delicate white peach with a flinty matchstick overlay followed by a touch of wet stone. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of funky struck matchstick characters, nectarine, citrus and wet stone.
