Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Aromas of spicy red cherries intermingle with earthy cedar notes and a hint of leather. Light and dry the palate is elegantly flavoured with subtle red and sour cherries overlaid by earth and leather with a dry spicy finish. The tannins have a faint chalkiness and the acidity is quite bright giving the wine a leanish mouthfeel. Aftertaste of red and sour cherries, earth and spicy leather.
