A gloriously saturated Glen Moray, the fruity malt revealing itself on the nose which achieves full concentration; Six years finishing in a PX hogshead ups the ante adding custard and hints of sticky date. More of a Summer pudding character on the palate, simple and tasty, the sherry thickening the mouthfeel. Altogether relatively feisty for this make, even with water. 56.4% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered. 329 bottles. Tasted from a 25ml sample.
