2014 Pizzini Prosecco

Pours with a moderate white frothy mousse that quickly dissipates. Very pale straw base colour with an exceptionally fine bead showing good persistence. The nose displays slightly more complexity than the Zlizie and Dal Zotto Prosecco’s with aromas of pear, baked bread and citrus followed by some toast. Light, vibrant and very dry the palate has flavours of pears, baked apple, citrus and light toast. Clean crisp finish with an aftertaste of pear, baked apple and toast.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
