Situated between the Valmur and Preuses plots, Vaudesir stretches across two steep slopes of Kimmeridgien limestone. Olivier Leflaive source grapes from both sides, harvesting at different dates so as to obtain perfect maturity. While aged 100% in oak barrels, only 15% are new.
