Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a watery hue. Lifted aromas of ripe limes, citrus and orange blossom are followed by some subtle tropical fruits and mineral. Flavours of ripe limes, citrus and orange blossom infusions dominate the palate with a dry steely mineral infused like finish. Crisp acidity with an aftertaste of lime, citrus, orange and steely mineral.
