A blend of 55% Semillon and 45% Sauvignon Blanc with 5% of the wine being matured in new French oak for 3 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Herbaceous grassy characters are intermixed with asparagus, citrus and hints of unripe gooseberries. Light and dry the palate has flavours of herbaceous grassy characters, citrus and asparagus with a light pencil shaving overlay and some minerality on the clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of herbaceous grassy characters, asparagus, citrus and mineral.
