2014 Five Geese Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a very dark red hue. Lifted aromas of blackcurrant intermixed with dusty vanillin cedar and tobacco characters are followed by hints of black olive and spicy dried herb end notes. Rich blackcurrant flavours dominate the medium to full bodied palate with cedary tobacco characters, subtle earthy black olives and spicy dried herbs also entering the fray. The finely grained tannins have good underlying structure. Concludes with an aftertaste of blackcurrant, dried herbs, cedary tobacco characters and spice.
