2014 Denis Pommier Beauroy Chablis 1er Cru

Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and citrus are laced with dried honey over subtle biscuit and stony notes. The palate has a rounded textural feel to it with flavours of citrusy pears and dried honey to the fore over biscuity oak underpinned by a stony base. Clean dry finish with fresh acidity. Aftertaste of pears, citrusy dried honey, light cashew and stony characters.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
