A blend of Arneis, Pinot Grigio and Trebbiano. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. The nose displays aromatics of ripe apples and pears followed by some honeysuckle and light spice. Light and dry the palate has a nicely rounded textural feel with flavours of fresh Jonathon apples, pears, honeysuckle and a touch of spice on the finish. Clean and dry with well balanced acidity. Aftertaste of ripe pears, apple, honeysuckle and a hint of spicy quince.
