Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose displays intense lemon and lime aromas followed by some orange rind, talc and light mineral. The palate is filled with tell-tale lemon and lime flavours followed by orange rind and talcy mineral. Dry finish with zingy acidity. Long lemon, lime, talc and mineral aftertaste.
