Brilliant water like colour with a very faint greenish tinge on the outskirts and a watery hue. Herbaceous gooseberries are followed by some grassy characters, faint passionfruit and asparagus. Light and dry the palate has flavours of herbaceous gooseberries with a grassy overlay followed by some asparagus and citrus. Clean crisp dry finish with an aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberries, asparagus and some light grassiness.
