Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of passionfruit lead the charge on the nose followed by some ripe gooseberries and citrus with a hint of herbaceousness as an end note. Vibrant passionfruit flavours dominate the palate over green apple, citrus and light mineral characters. Crunchy acidity with an aftertaste of passionfruit, citrus and light mineral.
