Semi translucent dark red colour with a brick red hue. Aromas of spicy dried herbs and subtle red cherries are followed by earthy cedar. Soft mellow palate with red cherry flavours overlaid by spicy dried herb and tobacco infusions. Some earthy toasted cedar characters ensuing. Soft tannins. Dry finish with a moderate aftertaste of red cherries, prominent spicy dried herbs, tobacco and earthy toasted cedar. A very herby Pinot.
