Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pronounced herbaceous grassy gooseberry top notes are followed by aromas of citrus, asparagus and light capsicum. The palate is filled with crunchy flavours of herbaceous grassy characters, gooseberry, citrus, fresh asparagus and capsicum. Crisp acid finish with a long aftertaste of herbaceous grassy characters, gooseberry, capsicum and citrus.
