30% of this wine was fermented in large French oak barrels. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pear and fresh apple aromas are followed by a hint of musk and spice. More forward and richer than the nose the palate features mouthfilling flavours of ripe pears, lychee and musk followed by some spice on the finish. Luscious textural qualities with a touch of residual sugar present on the off dry finish. Long ripe pear, lychee, musk and spice aftertaste.
