Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear, apple and quince are followed by hints of nut. Light and dry the palate has good freshness with a delicate flavour profile of pears and apples overlaid by some light bees wax characters with citrus and spice following. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of pear, apple, subtle dried honey and faint spicy nuts.
