Brilliant water like colour with distinctive greenish tinged edges and watery hue. Citrus and green apple top notes greet the nose followed by some dried herbs and steely mineral. Fresh crunchy green apple and citrus flavours are to the fore followed by some lime and steely mineral. Clean crisp dry finish showing excellent acid structure. Long crisp green apple, citrus and mineral aftertaste.
