Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Ripe peach top notes are followed by some roast almond like characters, toast, light honeycomb and spice. Rich and buttery in texture the palate features flavours of peaches and ripe apricots overlaid by some toastiness, cashew, honeycomb and spice. Well balanced acidity maintains some freshness on the finish. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe apricot, honeycomb, roasted characters and spice.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
