Brilliant very pale straw colour being almost water like with a light greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. On the nose top notes of passionfruit are intermixed with some green apple, lime and citrus. The palate delivers a concentrated flavour profile of passionfruit, tropical fruits, lime and citrus with some light herbaceousness on the finish. Crisp crunchy acidity and a nicely textured mouthfeel. Long passionfruit, lime and citrus aftertaste.
