2013 Salatin Prosecco Superiore Brut

Pours with a good frothy white mousse and a very pale straw base wine colour. Exceptionally fine bead that shows very good persistence. Citrus and pear top notes are followed by some light sherbet and mineral. On the palate pear and apple flavours are moulded into a moderately creamy texture with some citrus and light sherbet following. Clean crisp dry finish with an aftertaste of pear, apple, sherbet and citrus.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
