Brilliant pale straw colour with a very faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. The nose displays lifted pear and apple aromas followed by some biscuity cashew with stony mineral end notes. The palate is slightly fuller than Piuze’s Decouvetre and Chichee Chablis with flavours of pear and citrus to the fore over some stony mineral. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of pear and stony mineral.
