Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays a lifted aromatic profile of passionfruit intermixed with gooseberries followed by some herbaceous grassy notes, capsicum and citrus. Mouth filling flavours of passionfruit and herbaceous gooseberry are followed by some spicy capsicum and citrusy mineral.
