Brilliant pale straw colour with a tinge of green around the perimeter and a watery hue. Aromas of fresh white peach, melon and citrus are followed by some delicate cashew nuances. Light in weight with a tight moderately creamy texture and crisp dry finish the palate possesses flavours of citrus and delicate white peach overlaid by cashew with some minerality on the back palate. Aftertaste of cashew, citrus, subtle stone fruits and mineral.
