Pours with a very fine frothy white mousse that shows good hold over a pale straw coloured base that has an exceptionally fine and persistent bead flowing through it. Aromas of pear and apple interact with yeast lees, brioche and subtle dried honey notes. Light and airy in its feel with brisk acidity underpinning pear, citrus, yeast lees, green apple and chalky mineral flavours. Dry crisp finish with an elegant racy medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.

Other Reviews….
Red apples in a sunset of aldehyde, honey and citrus. It's zippy with acidity, but there's plenty more besides. Excellent structure, flavour and length. Yet more bottle age won't do it any harm. Drink by 2024.
