Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Nosing reveals delicate white peach scents intermixed with cashew, biscuity oak, a trace of nougat and spice. Light to medium weight the palate has a delicately creamy mouthfeel featuring flavours of cashew, biscuity oak, nougat and spice. Clean dry finish with well balanced acidity. Aftertaste of cashew, biscuity oak and nougat.
