2013 Lindemans Bin 1355 Limited Release Hunter Valley Semillon

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Delicate zesty citrus and lime scents are followed by some green apple with steely mineral infused end notes. Fresh with a crisp crunchy acid finish the palate has flavours of citrus zest and lime alongside some green apple wrapped up in a steely like mouthfeel with a light toast overlay and lively minerality following on. Aftertaste of zesty lime, citrus, green apple, toast and steely mineral.
