Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the perimeter and watery hue. Lemon and lime top notes are followed by some green apple and steely mineral. Light in weight with fresh bracing acidity the palate has flavours of lime, lemon and crunchy green apple with a crisp steely mineral infused finish. Long lemon, lime and steely mineral aftertaste.
