2013 Greenstone Vineyard Cambrian Ridge Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark purple colour with a deep bright dark purple hue. Alluring scents of ripe blackberries, liquorice and dark plum arise from the glass followed by hints of dark chocolate and toasty vanillin oak. Medium to full bodied with good richness the palate displays fresh fruit flavours of blackberries, dark plums and liquorice followed by some vanillin cedar and spice. Sturdy but fine grained tannins. Medium to long ripe blackberry, dark plum, liquorice and spicy vanillin cedar aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.
