2013 Eden Hall Block 3 Cabernet Sauvignon

Impenetrable inky black colour with a very deep dark red black hue. Very ripe blackcurrant and dark plummy aromas emerge from the glass followed by cedary tobacco characters, some black olive and spice. Big rich ripe blackcurrant flavours dominate the densely textured palate with nuances of tobacco, black olive and spicy cedar also present. The fine grained tannins have an underlying sturdiness. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrants, tobacco, black olive infusions and spicy cedar.
Cellar 3-4 years.
