Notes from the bottlers... Nose: A coastal explosion - ocean spray, citrus, sweet seaweed and a gentle, damp bonfire ash. Palate: An opening of zingy lemon meringue is swiftly followed by charred meats and peat smoke. Finish: Candied lime and flaked sea-salt with tantalisingly fresh, piquant and peated Malt notes.
