A rare offering from Laing's Cask Strength Collection in the form of a rather curious Cardhu. Independently bottled Cardhus are almost impossible to find. For this expression, 274 bottles were charged from a refill hogshead at 58.5% providing an opportunity to experience the wild side of this typically genteel malt. Tasting notes suggest malt, oak, spice and cereal notes, plus baked apple, cinnamon, fruit cake and barley. Non chill filtered.
