Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. On the nose pronounced lime and citrus aromas are to the fore followed by some orange and mineral notes. Concentrated palate flavours of lime and citrus are followed by some orange rind and steely mineral with a crisp crunchy acid finish. Dry with a long persistent aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
