Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Ripe Jonathan apple top notes are followed by some honeysuckle, light musk and spice. Light and very dry the palate has flavours of ripe pears, dried apple, hay and dried nuts on the finish. Nicely textured with a clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of pear, dried apple and nut.
