2013 Cooper's Choice The Golden Cut Collection Tomatin 11 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

After a primary maturation in an x-Bourbon barrel, this youthful Tomatin was transferred to an Oloroso sherry cask to develop a deep, nutty, and spicy character that also brings fruit cake, poached orchard fruits and nut brittle to the table. Judging by the fantastic colour, it should be a text book example of Highland malt successfully married with traditional Spanish oak. Limited to 342 bottles. 50% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
