Totally opaque dark red black colour with a dark brick red hue. Herbaceous green top notes overlay blackcurrant, black olive, cedary tobacco characters and spice. Showing more richness and much less of the green characters exhibited on the nose, the medium weight palate has flavours of blackcurrant, earthy tobacco characters, spicy cedar, a touch of leather, black olive and spicy tea leaf. Dryish finish with sturdy fine grained tannins and an aftertaste of blackcurrant, earthy tobacco, leather, black olive, spicy cedar and dried herbs.
